Brushes Held Like Hammers is a band from Regensburg/Straubing.
We're trying to do passionate DC influenced Post-Hardcore/Noisepop stuff. Tangled guitar-riffs are washed against a brute and sometimes tricky rhythm section. And we like to stay on the melodic side of things. Vocals are shared between 3 people. You can compare us to bands like Dismemberment Plan, Sonic Youth or maybe North of America, but you don't have to. By the way, we like to play live shows a lot, so book us for god's sake!!!
We've made a nice record called „You could be living in a room like this free!“ in 2009. We've made a nice t-shirt in 2010.
The record costs 10 € /the T-Shirt costs 13 € /record and T-Shirt-bundle costs 20 € (for every item packing/postage is included). When you're from somewhere else then germany we have to charge a little postage, depending on the place you live. Please ask us via email!
